Who is Corectia for?
Business owners in any industry whose business works, but where too much still depends on them. Corectia is an operations consulting firm that helps business owners build a solid foundation to scale, with clear roles, SOPs, workflows and automations.
What happens on the free call?
30 minutes on video. You tell me how the business runs and where it hurts. I tell you what I’d fix first and whether we’re a fit.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. Everything is remote, and we work in your time zone.
Working together
How much of my time does it take?
About 2 to 3 hours a week during a sprint. Less as your team takes over.
Do I need to change the tools we already use?
Usually not. We build on what your team already uses and only add a tool when it clearly saves time.
Will my team push back?
Change is easier when people help build it. Your team is part of the process from day one. After delivery, you get 14 days of adoption support: we answer your team’s questions and adjust what doesn’t fit, so the new way of working sticks.
Do you use AI?
Yes, but only where it saves real time. AI sounds impressive, but it’s not always what you need. Most of the value comes from better organization: clear roles, defined workflows and simple processes.
Pricing and payment
Why fixed prices and not hourly?
You pay for deliverables, not time. The scope is in writing before we start, so there are no surprises.
How do I pay?
The audit is paid 100% upfront. The sprint is 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Fractional Ops is billed monthly, with a 3-month minimum. We accept ACH transfer, wire transfer, and cards through PayPal. All fees are in US dollars, and invoices are due 5 business days after we send them.
Is the audit credited if I continue?
Yes. If you start the sprint within 14 days of receiving the audit, the audit fee is credited toward it.
What if I need something outside the scope?
We talk about it first and agree on it in writing before doing any extra work.
Results
When will I see results?
During the sprint. We fix the biggest bottleneck first, so the first change shows up early, not at the end.
What happens after the project ends?
You keep everything we built. You get 14 days of support, and you can continue with Fractional Ops if you want ongoing help.
